Manoli’s Pizza Company is named after Manoli Placourakis, whose love for family and food inspired our Mediterranean-inspired menu. Located in the heart of Maui, we’re proud to blend tradition with local flavors in a space designed for sharing.
Manoli’s Pizza Company is more than just a restaurant — it’s a tribute to family, tradition, and the islands we call home. Inspired by my father, Manoli Placourakis, who was born on the Greek island of Crete in 1925, this restaurant carries forward his legacy of heartfelt hospitality and fresh, handcrafted fare.
In Crete, the weather and water are beautiful year-round; the bread, cheese, and wine are made the old-fashioned way; and the seafood, vegetables, and fruit are always abundant. Raising my son, Manoli, here on Maui — a place with so many of the same qualities — felt like the perfect connection to my father’s birthplace. That connection led to the creation of Manoli’s Pizza Company, where we honor both heritage and home.
At Manoli’s, every pizza, salad, and glass of wine reflects our commitment to fresh and authentic dishes whenever possible. We’ve created a place where friends become family.
